Create the work life you aspire to

Create the work life you aspire to
Am I good enough?
The first important step is to create a powerful, positive mindset.
We’ll work together on any niggling limiting beliefs that could be holding you back.
I will support you to identify your true potential and embrace your authentic power. So you’ll play bigger and take powerful steps forwards to the change you desire and deserve.
What do I want?
We will get to the root of this question with a variety of fun and practical exercises to discover who you are at your best. What are your values? What excites you? What do you want to contribute to? What are your strengths? Etc. From your authentic self, a whole spectrum of job opportunities opens up to you. And you make confident choices about your next step.
How do I make it happen?
Whether you want to play bigger at work or a complete career change, everything starts with taking that first important step. I will support you in making a clear action plan to take you from your grey, current situation to the bright, new work vision that’s emerged through our sessions. You will be focused and committed to make the change a reality in a balance that suits you.
We all have moments in our work life where we feel at a standstill.
Maybe you would like to make a next step, but you worry about being judged as not good enough. Or you’re no longer happy in your job and unsure what you really want to do and where to begin.
Perhaps you feel like you’re playing small and want to lead in a more powerful, authentic way. Or maybe you love your job, but you want to create a healthier work-life balance.
I love working with women to unlock their thinking, challenge any expectations or assumptions that may be holding them back, and determine their right course of action to move forward in their work life.
Curious what coaching with me might be like?
In this short video I give you the most important insights.

“My return from maternity leave coincided with a period of great uncertainty – I didn’t have a line manager, and my company was going through a massive organisational restructure, so the role I had once occupied was in flux. Throw in the pandemic and remote working – it was a very unsettling time. I felt very isolated, and rapidly began to lose confidence.
I came across Eefke and after our first chemistry session I felt energised and motivated. The world suddenly felt full of possibilities again!
Eefke is a fantastic coach, upbeat, encouraging and energetic. Her sessions are very well structured: she employs a variety of exercises to peel back the layers to get to the essence of who you are and what you are looking for. This forms the springboard for building back up and defining where you want to get to.
Eefke’s sessions have helped crystallise what I want to get out of my career and build out a plan for how I am going to make progress towards that goal. They have helped me regain my confidence in the workplace and also relieve the pressure I was putting on myself to make an immediate change. I now have the tools and techniques for going about this in my own time and derive meaning and enjoyment from the journey.
I couldn’t recommend Eefke or her programme enough – I can’t imagine how I would have pushed upwards and onwards without her help.”
I have personally experienced how effective it is to work with a coach at crucial times in your life.
The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity and leadership.
Working with a coach can be intense, so you want to make sure that there is a good personal rapport and that you feel able to trust me to support you. So it’s important to find out more about me and my coaching style.
How do you choose the right coach? In addition to making sure you have a good rapport, you also need to look at their qualifications.
Unfortunately not all coaching programmes are made equal – some qualifications can be gained by attending a quick online course. Therefore I wanted to get certified by an international body that is highly regarded within the professional coaching world.
I joined the Co-Active Training Institute and got certified as a Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC). I’m also a licensed Firework Career Coach and have a PCC credential with the International Coaching Federation.
ICF credentials are awarded to professional coaches who have met stringent education and experience requirements and have demonstrated a thorough understanding of the coaching competencies that set the standard in the profession. Achieving credentials through ICF signifies my commitment to high professional and ethical standards.
“I knew I wanted to make a change in my work life and I was kind of modeling along on my own with my self-help books. I think I got halfway there, but then I got stuck. I needed someone to support me in getting me over that ‘hump in the road’, which was holding me back. Because I met Eefke before at a workshop and my husband had good experiences with a career coach, I contacted her.
It was a journey full of self-discovery and I was surprised that some exercises, which I thought wouldn’t work for me as I’m a super practical person, were so powerful. The different exercises helped me to find my positive strong energy again. I knew it was already in me, but I was overwhelmed by self-doubts. I could just sit here procrastinate, drive myself potty and never move forward. Because that’s easier than taking action.
I think Eefke empowered me which has made me realise what I’m capable of. It’s almost like she was the intermediary to meet my own true self again.
I now have a definite goal that I want to work towards. I’m positive that that goal is the right one and that I’m not making a mistake. And I feel like I’ve got the tools now to get there, in a positive and less stressful way as well.
Whether you’re struggling at work, you want to find a different career or you haven’t got the right balance in your life, I think Eefke’s coaching can move you towards where you want to be and open up some possibilities that you might even didn’t think about.”
